The Illumination of the “Roman Line” means the Illumination of the Black Nobility families, that means the Illumination of The Vatican or the Jesuit Faction, that were mainly created by the direct influence of the Emperor Constantine The Great, the incarnation of one of the Archons (aka Fallen Angels from Andromeda Galaxy) that came to Planet Earth in the Second Archon invasion.
