The Disclosure Plan

Greetings from the Command!

For a long time, we have been preparing humanity on Earth for first contact. Before that, a primary plan of disclosure about our presence is necessary. The Aldebarans, members of our transition teams, are currently collaborating with a grand plan for total disclosure that confronts a very slow and exhausting plan proposed by the elites, aware that there is no other way to escape reality.

Many of these meetings with our diplomatic representatives on Earth, as well as with our transmitter, are very exhausting, even though they often take place on the etheric planes of the planet. The memories of these meetings remain very vivid when they return to the body, as do the negative impressions of those who try to refute our instructions. They proposed that “if there really is nothing to be done,” a slower disclosure would be ideal, which would take more than 100 years to complete. Obviously, we vehemently deny this and will not tolerate much more time of deception and denial of our presence.

Full Disclosure

Faced with the many denials about full disclosure, with the excuse that people would not be ready for such a massive and emphatic disclosure, the Aldebarans then said: let’s see if the people of Earth are not ready… So, at first, we planned to do several “ground assessment” screenings to see people’s reactions and, as was not surprising, considering the great increase in the level of consciousness, most people welcomed us and questions began to arise about what was happening in the heavens, but in a calm and non-panic manner.

Obviously, we cannot yet go with our largest fleet, as this would also imply magnetic adjustments on the planet and could affect planetary biology due to the vibratory intensity of our spacecraft. Little by little, we are modulating the frequency from low orbit and preparing the life grid to receive even larger fleets that are approaching you.

Your leaders continue to refuse full disclosure, which naturally includes the revelation of our presence, the past history of Earth told as it really happened, the cures that are now available for all diseases, and, of course, that you were enslaved, which really bothers your leaders, as they know the consequences they will have to face because of all this.

Cards in our Sleeves – The Acti Plan

We have several “cards in our sleeves” and one of them is that we, together with our allies on Earth, have implanted a virus in your computer systems, and if they try to continue embargoing and lying or even attempt some reprisal against the people on the surface, this virus will be activated and will release ALL THE INFORMATION they keep stored about us, our collaboration with the history of Earth and about how they maintained contact with non-Federated races when they made abusive deals to hand you over as guinea pigs in genetic experiments.

We have given them a specific date and if they do not relinquish power and try to create more delays with false flag situations, we will activate this plan that we call “Acti Plan”. At the moment, this is what we can inform about this plan, which also covers some other areas that we cannot mention yet, so that no risk situations are created for our transmitters. We have not informed our transmitters or anyone else about this plan, nor have we informed them of the deadline we gave, for simple protection reasons.

Still on the full disclosure plan, we will also inform everything that is in the main secret libraries, including the Vatican and its rituals. This will spread quickly. This plan is very aggressive and we are trying to proceed with caution, as many of our allies are in the line of fire, as well as our transmitter in the crosshairs of etheric plasma weapons that could cause a lot of mental disorientation and jamming of the telepathic channel. Obviously, our protection is constant, but we also need to consider everyone’s free will, and at the slightest low vibration, when they give in to the provocation of the darkness around them, a tunnel opens up that makes our immediate protection difficult. Therefore, we continue to emphasize: love is the path to liberation that is faster, more efficient, and without further harm and disruption.

Reliable Information

It is important to say that our transmitter is not the only one we have prepared for this work, but we ask that you also exercise discernment through all the sources you seek about us. These are turbulent times and discernment needs to be very active in you, because in the same way that the elites try to confuse your minds, creating false information about us, there are also people in your closest circle and even in esoteric communities who can create false narratives simply to trigger engagement in their social environments.

The work we are doing to publicize the information also requires good discernment, especially for you, whom we consider our allies, as you will need to be protected with reliable information to be able to retransmit it when, finally, a great deal of unrest begins to occur due to the first official statements about us. On this subject, we must also say: there are very few leaders who are inclined to make a public and official announcement about our presence. Due to a basic question of harmony and in order to not create social conflicts, we will not mention names yet, but we will leave it to you, with your own discernment, to intuit where the river is flowing. Neva, this is for you: you are not authorized to reveal names, please.

From all that we have reported, we must say that the plans are proceeding as planned. However, we have other options if we observe any distortions. Your leaders will be under even more pressure from our fleets in your skies and need to make the announcement. Otherwise, we will take some tougher measures, including the activation of “Acti Plan”.

A basic sequence, after the official announcement of our presence, includes: the release of the true history of Earth; our commander Ashtar communicating through all the media on the planet; the restructuring of important pillars of your society such as finance, science, religion, politics, medicine, education and others. This is the basics of what we are going to work on. This obviously does not mean that Earth’s society itself will not need to get its hands dirty so that everything goes as planned, because our presence will not exempt everyone from acting consciously and responsibly in programs to improve the way of life on the planet. Ethics, diplomacy, truth, love and fraternity are basic pillars of Earth’s new programming and those who do not adapt to this transformation, as you well know, will be sent to other environments and the “visiting star” will also be in charge of helping with the cleanup. Landing at the UN

Furthermore, we hope that our first official landing takes place at the UN (United Nations) and, although it may seem ironic, which it is not, we wish to talk about the United Planets Organization and what we have as a collaboration plan for the species of Earth, where we will bring important information that needs to be heard and put into action before the Earth begins the physical movements necessary for its total healing.

The time for transformation is urgent and a call has echoed throughout the Solar System and beyond. We, the friendly visitors, are happy, but no less focused on everything that falls to us as part of this transition process and, also, counting on our allies on Earth, who have made important commitments to us.

Friends, LOVE is the only way. Listen to the voice of the Ashtar Command warning about this. There is no other way. Enough of confrontations, enough of hatred, enough of disloyalty, enough of lack of love. The Cosmos calls everyone to fraternity and our presence is the sign that the Supreme Creator is about to intone the mantra of liberation from darkness. Hear the call.
