Sports and physical activities in the Federation

Greetings from the Command!

Like you on Earth, we also have activities aimed at our biological health, through sports and physical exercise. Although in many ways we only have energetic bodies, when we enter the lower dimensions, the biological avatars necessary for interactions with these environments are created for this purpose and, in addition, in many of our worlds there is the process of birth, similar to what it is on Earth, with the special particularities worthy of a fully or almost fully functioning DNA.

So, regardless of whether we are using a technologically-created body or one created through the “normal system” of the world in which we exist, it needs to be well cared for and valued, as it is the means by which our essences can interact with the reality of the system in which they are inserted. The movie Avatar is a good example of these avatar bodies and the work of migrating consciousness to one or another avatar.

There is no denying that there is no shortage of opportunities in the vastness of the cosmos for us to experience according to the needs of our beings.

Taking care of our bodies is, at the very least, being grateful to Life and to the Source that provides us, through them, with a wide range of opportunities in the process to expand our consciousnesses. We have, for a long time, been calling you to take personal care of your bodies in all areas because, inevitably, it is one of the points that you will need to have well exemplified in life, that you are indeed worthy of returning to your consciousnesses with your avatars in cryogenics. In recent years we have instructed Neva to emphasize this need for self-care because, as you absorb new frequencies and waves of light, your biological bodies need to be able to do so.

In our environments, onboard our spaceships, or on our home worlds, we have special equipment similar to yours on Earth, where we exercise. Of course, our technology is very advanced compared to yours and we say “similar” so that you have at least a starting point for understanding. Many of us, considering the cellular structure we have, wouldn’t need it, but we like it and have a good time, as well as practicing sports that bring us joy and fraternity.

One of the sports that we love and that you have on Earth is tennis. We also play it, as well as basketball, soccer and handball, as well as volleyball, swimming and running. There are so many others that we also play, so you already have an idea that in our lives we also have our moments of fun, similar to what you have on Earth. But it’s important to emphasize that there’s a unique difference in these sports: we don’t face our “opponents” to beat them, but so that they win. In a tennis match, when we score a point, it’s the one we’re up against who wins the point, so we play so that the other person wins. It’s a lot of fun! There are other funny and humorous moments when we set up races or something like Judo and go up against some draconian Federated friend, in some cases twice our size in mass and height 😅.

All our sports and exercises are aimed at improving the biological qualities of our bodies and maintaining activity as a means of interacting, having fun, and discovering the capabilities of the physical avatar we are inhabiting. We are constantly growing and learning and, guided by the Divine Directors, we hope that you will also come and share moments like these with us, where sport, in particular, needs to be about unifying and never about separating or creating borders.

The social role of sport on earth

On Earth, of course, sport has its role, at least in theory, of unifying and creating connections between people, which does happen in many cases, thanks to good-hearted athletes and people instructed by their essences, who are well aware of the importance of these events for the masses. But we must not forget that there are those behind the scenes who, instructed by the non-Federates, over the ages have articulated ways in which they would gradually create fierce rivalry in an attempt to undermine the original purity of sporting practices. You often see events that could have been fun and integrative become pitched battles like the old barbaric times on your planet.

The intention of these behind-the-scenes players is precisely to create rivalry, at first by inspiring brotherhood, and then to instigate competitors to see their opponents as enemies of their own sovereignty and glory. Does this remind you of something like ancient Roman times in an environment called the Colosseum? Sport is and always should be a means by which people connect fraternally and not a means by which elites fill themselves with material and energy resources to carry out their diabolical plans. The many athletes and people with good fraternal hearts are the means by which the forces of light use and infiltrate environments where there is an aura of fervent competition, so that this aura can be flattened, changing it into a loving, fraternal environment, where fair play is the primary basis for disputes.

Benefits of sports and exercise

Sport and exercise, aligned with bodily care in various forms, truly saves people in many ways. Having fun, in general, creates a positive aura that will propel you towards greater health, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Many of the ways that the non-Federates, through their elite appointees, try to keep you in a state of lethargy, inertia, fatigue and sedentariness, because they know that keeping you busy enough to not have the slightest pleasure in life, enjoyment, observing the basic needs of the body such as rest, exercise, sport and personal connections – considering that you are a collaborative and interactive race – drains your energies completely and disconnects you from your real purpose, putting you in a survival mode only.

Our approach and arrival causes, as the elites know, a vibrational change throughout the world and, although people are not yet fully seeing us, the aura of the planet enters a new vibration and their souls pick up on this and, inevitably, search deep within their beings for understanding and real meaning in life, which the non-Federates don’t want and to them we say: this is the new reality that is appearing on the horizon and you know that you can’t play with our influence or change the plans that have already been drawn up.

This is an official message from the Ashtar Command through Neva. Listen to the voice of the Ashtar Command speaking now through our base in South America. These are times of transformation and while the old collaborators of the old system come out and open their vaults with relevant information, those who still believe they hold power in the system calculate how much longer they have to hold on to power. Of course, they know that they smoke their last cigars and drink their last whiskies, while they continually receive more and more phone calls from military bases monitored by us, with someone on the other end of the line saying: “They’re here… and there are more of them than last time… THERE ARE A LOT OF THEM…”. Yes, that’s really us, and we haven’t entered your Solar System yet.
