Nutrition and rest in the Federation
Greetings from the Command!
Just as we told you in our previous messages about sports and physical exercise, because we enter the lower dimensions of the many missions we are instructed to do, we have to adapt to the laws of the environments we visit. Therefore, we often use physical avatars for our tasks and these avatars, in some cases, are fed similarly to how you are fed on Earth, with a few differences.
There are a wide variety of races that work within the Command and in these great variations, there are also the ways in which they most like to feed their avatars: with fruit, vegetables, legumes, cereals, and leguminous plants, for example, there are also those who feed only on starlight from their home systems, there are the great Motherships with their own ecosystem, which provide everything necessary for the maintenance of the Command’s avatars.
There are also elixirs which are preparations – powerful energizers for supplying vital energy – extracted from enlightened systems and natures preserved by Fraternal Love. There are, for example, trees in the Pleiades cluster that produce elixirs which the Pleiadians use. This tree exists throughout that cluster and is called Tayrgara by the Pleiadians, which in your language would be something like Mother-of-Life. The Aldebarans, in their world systems, also have something like this, with natures, and from the soil emanates an elixir-like liquid that is like food for the Aldebaran biological systems. They call this liquid Uarky, which in your language would be something like Force.
Maintenance of biology
Each of the systems has its own peculiarities and ways of maintaining biology, but for the most part, they feed on sunlight from the stars they inhabit as a home or feed on the star that illuminates their system of worlds. There is great honor for nature and biological life forms, because even if, for example, a Pleiadian already lives only on light and he needs, on a mission, to inhabit an environment where biology feeds on something more solid, he respects the law of the system by using a corresponding avatar. Of course, we’re only giving a few examples to make it easier to understand, but there is a huge variety of life forms and foods to nourish existence.
Generally speaking, you are moving towards the most perfect balance in all areas, where your bodies will begin to guide you towards a much better way of feeding yourself. The Innate Consciousness in each of you is wise and it would be good for you to start interacting with your personal systems, your own biology, your avatar that receives your spirit and ask it what the best food is for your expansion and pay attention to the signals it will give you.
For a long time, you have been poisoned by many food industries that only aim to make a profit and, in a way, these contaminations still occur. As you expand your consciousness, you will change your life dynamics and your bodies will indicate the need to improve the way you eat. Of course, there is a lot to be adjusted in this regard, as many are still below the line of basic nutrition and this is another point that we observe and which is also on the agenda at our meetings. In any case, as far as possible, considering the conditions still present, try to observe what you are nourishing yourselves with and whether you are just cheating hunger.
When you are praying, take the opportunity to ask your mentors to nourish you with energetic rivers of life, or even to call on the Pleiadians with their elixirs, or the Aldebarans, or anyone else you have an affinity with, like the Syrians who also have elixirs of life and nourishment that they call Arshalux. In any case, keep in mind that you are moving towards a new form of existence, where your basic needs for a fuller and happier life will no longer be denied to you, when the replicators too are finally released. In the meantime, remember the importance of conduct and brotherly love, so that you are naturally involved in fairer and happier dynamics.
Another important point in our Federation, as well as the food we’ve already mentioned, is rest. There are also situations in which we sleep, albeit for a short time compared to the amount of sleep needed for the biological recovery of your avatars on Earth. There are special chambers where we rest our avatars in sleep and also allow ourselves to enter the world of dreams, like you, but in a conscious way, just as you call astral travel. Generally, we only need a couple of hours for an efficient rest. Of course, this all depends on which avatar we are occupying and which system we are in on our missions.
Meditation and revitalization
In many cases, too, meditation already serves as bodily nourishment and rest, completely revitalizing us and guaranteeing us more time of very active vital fluid. All of this, of course, is meant to be more understandable within your parameters, because in our more original states of Being, without having to descend to the lower dimensions, we simply exist, and the Source is our nourishment, rest, and total revitalization, when we are in a purely energetic existence, because many of us are also, as we have already said, pure energy in connection with the Primordial Source, where you are also heading to.
We hope that our messages are shedding some light on the dynamics on board our spaceships and in the systems we occupy when we are on a mission. Our intention is to prepare you for when, very soon, we can see each other again, face to face, and exchange long-awaited hugs. Although these hugs have already taken place in astral environments, we are also looking forward to physical contact.
Those who wish to oppose this are constantly evaluating their plans and have no choice but to back down and give in to the natural pressure of a change of eras that can no longer be interrupted. We, from the Ashtar Command, have met in the astral environments with many of the representatives of your leaders and even themselves, at various times, reinforcing that there will be no retreat on our part, because we have a mission to fulfill and it points to the finalization of the stronghold of darkness in this environment.
